We had 3 companies to quote on the work that I wanted done and they all varied greatly in price and specs. GNF was not only better priced, but was the only one that was willing to give me exactly what I wanted. Dan and his crew showed up on time on the scheduled day and they were on a mission. A small army descended on my property as I was off to Calgary for the next 3 days. It killed me that I could not be there to inspect as they went along but I trusted them. When I came back I found that they had added some square footage to my patio area to make it make more proportionate and even had installed a stone window well so that my patio area in front of the window would flow nicer. I asked if it was possible to change the fire pit that I had chosen and without batting an eye they replaced it with another one that looked better. From my past experience working with other contractors I expected them to charge me a lot more because of the changes and increase in square footage but no they charged me exactly what we had agreed to earlier. I am extremely happy with every aspect of the process from design to end product. They were professional all along the way.
